This guide shows you how to Blacklist / Whitelist Email Addresses in Spam Assassin

Procedure

You can Blacklist / Whitelist Email Addresses in Spam Assassin from your Webuzo Enduser Panel > Email > Spam Assassin

Black List

In order to Blacklist an email address, you just need to type the email address and click on Add Email. The Email address is added and then showed in the table below.

White List

In order to Whitelist an email address, you just need to type the email address and click on Add Email. The Email address is added and then showed in the table below.

Add Multiple Blacklist / Whitelist

• Multiple Email addresses can be added at once by separating them with a comma.

• To Blacklist / Whitelist a Domain, use * instead of username

Removing Email Addresses from Blacklist / Whitelist

• To remove a single email address, click on the cross icon. It will prompt you to confirm the same.
  

• To remove multiple email addresses, select the email address's checkbox, then select the action 'Remove Email Ids' from dropdown. On the click of button 'Go' an alert box will appear to confirm the removal of selected email addresses. When you confirm 'Yes', all the selected email addresses will be removed from Spam Assassin.
